Edward Wilson
PFSCM Director
Edward Wilson has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, including managing complex multi-country public health projects, creating and leading project teams, and building and maintaining positive and productive client relationships with governments and international organizations. As indefinite quantity contract Manager for the USAID DELIVER project, he oversaw a global supply chain that procured and delivered $1.5 billion worth of medicines and medical supplies to 114 countries and a global technical support team that provided supply chain technical assistance to 65 countries.
In addition to serving as PFSCM Director, Edward is also Director of JSI’s Center for Health Logistics, overseeing 30 projects across Asia, Africa, and Latin America that improve access to medicines and medical supplies for a range of clients, including foundations, bilateral and multi-lateral donors, and private companies.
Edward’s current interests include driving continuous improvement through improved data visibility and use, building partnerships at the national level to drive supply chain transformation, and helping national governments move from operating public health supply chains to being stewards of the public’s access to medicines.
Edward has a Bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and a Master of Science degree from the George Washington University.

Erin Seidner
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Erin Seidner has worked in international public health for the last 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and contracts. Erin has worked on public health projects in more than 30 countries, overseeing project implementation both from the US and abroad.
During Erin’s tenure at John Snow Inc., Research & Training Institute, Inc., and Management Sciences for Health, she has held senior financial and operational management roles for programs funded by various donors, including USAID and The Global Fund. Erin has also worked with PFSCM, holding different roles, including more than three years as the PPM Deputy Director for Client Relations and two years as Deputy Country Director in Tanzania for the USAID Supply Chain Management System contract.
In addition to her finance and operations experience, Erin has supported varied technical activities, from performance management initiatives, to the expansion of in-country sourcing of pharmaceuticals, to most recently a waste management and disposal project.
Erin holds a Master’s of Arts in International Development from American University, Washington D.C., and Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Foreign Languages.

Ard van Dongen
Strategic Supply Chain Director
Ard van Dongen has 25 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in the healthcare industry. He served PFSCM from 2009 through 2015 as the Director of Procurement and Supply Services, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement in the procurement of life-saving medicines, and the optimization of international supply chains to ensure commodity security in developing countries.
In 2015 he founded Pillango Development, a consulting firm committed to helping healthcare organizations innovate and continuously improve their service delivery related to procurement, logistics, supply chain, and information communication technology. In 2018 he rejoined PFSCM as Strategic Supply Chain Director .
Ard has held various positions in the pharmaceutical and logistics industries, as well as with the international humanitarian organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where he spent eight years leading procurement and supply chain projects and as head of mission. He worked in both headquarters and field offices, including postings in Sudan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.
Ard holds a Master’s of Science degree in Business Informatics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands and a Master’s degree in Transport and Logistics from the TiasNimbas Business School, Tilburg, Netherlands.

Charles Davenport
Chief Information Officer
Charles (Chad) Davenport has more than 20 years of experience driving improvements and implementing technology and data analytics solutions in public health programs. In his eight years with PFSCM, Chad has focused on leveraging digital innovation to transform processes, performance, and service delivery in collaboration with global teams, government agencies, multilateral institutions, private-sector partners, NGOs, and academic institutions.
Prior to PFSCM, Chad was the senior Health Policy Analyst in the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) where he contributed to 22 issued GAO reports, including 5 testimonials for the U.S. Congress.
Chad holds a Master’s of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Ishmael (Ish) Muchemenyi
4PL Services Director
Ish has 25 years’ experience managing private and public health supply chains across 60 countries in Africa, Asia Pacific, America, Europe and the Middle East.
Ish joined PFSCM in 2013, as the Freight and Logistics Unit Lead, and has played an instrumental leadership role in transforming and innovating operations since then.
Ish led the successful deployment of a multiple freight forwarder strategy and business process transformation, which achieved $3.8 million in freight cost savings for our key client in 2017.
Today, as PFSCM’s 4PL Services Director, he is driving service excellence and cost optimization to deliver value for money to our clients. He regularly represents PFSCM at public forums, and has become well known in the humanitarian logistics sector where he actively engages stakeholders to improve public health supply chains.
Ish holds a BSc (HONS) in Political Science and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe and acquired several Logistics and Supply Chain qualifications.

Suzanne Veit
PPM Project Director
Suzanne has over 15 years’ supply chain management experience; implementing and managing both upstream and downstream operations globally.
Suzanne has worked at HID Global, John Snow Inc, and Cisco. She joins PFSCM from the private sector, and brings with her best practices that are focused on emerging markets.
Her areas of interest and experience include: forecasting, data analysis, demand planning, order fulfillment, contract management, freight (3PL) management, sourcing, procurement, supply planning, inventory management, ERP management, supply chain organization design, business process design, process mapping, KPI implementation and performance management, SOP development and implementation, continuous improvement, and more.
Suzanne holds a MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business, and a BA in Communications and Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Michael (Mike) Harrigan
Chief Quality and Risk Officer
Mike has over 30 years’ management experience in designing, implementing and managing internationally recognized best practice quality management systems (QMS). continual improvement methodologies and practices, and risk management, both in the private and public health sectors.
In his former role as PFSCM Senior Quality Unit Manager, he formalized the existing QMS culminating in ISO 9001:2008 and subsequent ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2017, and 2019.
Mike heads up both quality systems and product Quality Assurance units, where strategic initiatives include an in-country vendor prequalification program, which has reached seven African countries and has resulted in 40 prequalified vendors.
Mike also initiated a stringent risk management process and continual improvement initiative, which is now an everyday part of PFSCM’s culture.
Mike is a certified IRCA registered Principal Auditor (QMS) and a Medical Devices (ISO 13485) Lead Auditor.

Cristina Ghiga
Head of Client Account Management
Cristina has more than 25 years’ experience in executing business retention- and development strategies. Managing supply chain operations in Pan-European transport management and warehousing for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, industrial and FMCG-companies, Cristina has honed her expertise in running and optimizing business processes, achieving supply chain cost reductions and improvements in the overall customer experience.
Since 2003, Cristina has developed strategic account management competencies; growing from a tactical role — which entailed managing client relationships and account plans — into a strategic role which focuses on implementing client centric strategies.
Cristina joined PFSCM in March 2016 to strengthen PFSCM’s value added service offering through value co-creation, customer satisfaction improvement, rigorous application of company resources, and operational and structural alignment with clients’ directions and needs.
Cristina holds a Bachelor’s diploma as Engineer in Electrotehnics from Politechnica University of Bucharest.
