Description:
The Allplex™ 2019-nCoV Assay is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test intended for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 viral nucleic acids in human nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, anterior nasal swab, mid turbinate nasal swab, nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate, nasal aspirate, Broncho alveolar lavage (BAL) and sputum specimens from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19 by their health care provider.
