What attracted me to The Partnership for Supply Chain Management as the Director of Business Operations was its mission and global impact in providing lifesaving commodities all over the world. Not only is the Organization's mission and execution important, but it's also the colleagues I get to work with every day in helping PFSCM achieve its success. The commitment and diversity of our staff, coupled with our unique company culture makes PFSCM a great place to work.

Frank Desarbo
Director Business Operations

Working at PFSCM has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. As an ERP specialist, I am the problem-solver that keeps the cogs of our global mission moving. Our casual and friendly office in Woerden is a green oasis, filled with jungle canopy plants that reflect our commitment to sustainability. The rewarding feeling of contributing to a team that delivers life-saving medicine around the world is unparalleled. I've grown professionally, learning invaluable lessons about leadership and project management from my mentors. The challenges are real, but the sense of achievement and the impact we make together makes it all worthwhile

At PFSCM, diversity is a prominent theme and it is one of the things that I find most enjoyable about working here. I get to work with a wide range of principal recipients from different regions such as Africa, Latin America, Central Europe, and South East Asia. This provides me with the opportunity to learn about complex importation requirements. Additionally, I find it rewarding to collaborate with our logistics partners, who assist us in understanding and navigating these challenges, thus enabling us to deliver life-saving health products successfully. PFSCM values and celebrates cultural differences, and we have the space to share experiences, cultural facts, and even cuisine.
