  • As a neutral 4PL, we coordinate all logistics providers to ensure seamless, end-to-end delivery of health products.

Logistics management
  • We oversee warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, demand forecasting, order management, and risk mitigation.
  • We have extensive experience in data logging and cold chain management, including frozen and temperature-controlled health products.
Importation document management
  • We collaborate with 3PLs and their agents to proactively secure waivers and import documents for our clients.
  • We help our clients and their recipients map, understand and plan for the rapid application and processing of critical imporation documents.
Performance & Cost Management
  • We implement KPIs to monitor service, cost-effectiveness, and quality, ensuring value for money.
  • We reduce costs through consolidation, negotiating rates, spot bidding, leveraging a wide network of 3PLs, load optimization, packaging innovations, selecting best mode of shipment and addressing supply chain inefficiencies to avoid D&D.
Data Visibility & Reporting
  • We provide real-time visibility into supply chain operations with dashboards and detailed reports for cost tracking, performance monitoring, and planning.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • We ensure all operations comply with national regulations, client guidelines, and WHO standards.

Cold chain

Every PFSCM cold chain shipment contains a data logger to track climatic conditions. In 2023, PFSCM had zero cold chain insurance claims.

Load optimization

Through load optimization, we helo to save up to 25% on logistics costs.

Warehousing

We have access to at least 44 GDP-compliant warehouses. 49 temperature-controlled / cold chain warehouses and 15 facilities for data logger placement & re-icing.
